Refund & Return Policy

At KnuffelKings, we want you to love your collectible plush. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include the original collector packaging.
  • Include all accessories, inserts, and thank-you cards.
  • Be returned in suitable protective packaging.

Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Limited edition items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged through misuse

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if the product arrived damaged

Our support team will respond with return instructions.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your payment provider may require additional processing time.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order once your refund has been processed.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is the result of our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), KnuffelKings will cover all return shipping costs.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and find the best solution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may still be returned in accordance with this policy.
