Welcome to Knuffel Kings! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Knuffel Kings. We operate this store and website to provide you with custom-made plush toys and related products and services (the “Services”).

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform, but all sales, support, and product responsibilities remain with Knuffel Kings.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel orders for any reason. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received and you have received an order confirmation.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is accepted and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Returns or exchanges are only accepted as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Services—including designs, text, images, graphics, trademarks, and logos—is owned by Knuffel Kings or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

While our store is hosted on Shopify, all orders are placed directly with Knuffel Kings. Shopify is not responsible for sales, deliveries, or customer service related to your order.
